1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wt999 platform, operated at https://wt999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "wt999"). By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator of wt999 and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the wt999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by applicable law in your country of residence, whichever is greater;
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing, using or placing wagers on the Platform is unlawful;
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director or officer of the Operator, nor a close family member of such an individual;
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;

7. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access betting and casino services on wt999, you must complete the registration process by providing all required information truthfully and accurately. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether to circumvent restrictions, exploit promotions or for any other reason, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify wt999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

The Operator accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain appropriate security of their credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other point the Operator deems necessary, Users will be required to complete identity verification. This may include submission of government-issued photographic identification, proof of address and, in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC to the Operator's satisfaction may result in withdrawal delays, account restriction or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits into your wt999 account are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of common local payment infrastructure. These references do not constitute an endorsement, partnership or confirmation that these providers support gambling transactions. Availability of specific payment methods depends on operator configuration, local compliance requirements and the policies of the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. The Operator reserves the right to return deposits to the source account and suspend the User's account if third-party payment is suspected.

6 Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User must have completed KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction prior to any withdrawal being processed;
• Any active wagering requirements associated with bonuses credited to the account must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn;
• Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set out in the Platform's cashier section;
• Processing times vary by payment method, the User's verification status and operator processing schedules. No specific processing time is guaranteed;
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays.

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability. The Operator reserves the right to use an alternative payment method where the original method is unavailable or cannot be verified.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wt999 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, free spins and other promotional incentives to Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be used for arbitrage, bonus abuse or any form of systematic exploitation;
• Each promotion is limited to one per User, household, device, IP address or payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings not meeting requirements within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account;
• Certain games may be excluded from or weighted differently towards wagering requirements — this will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

7.2 VIP Programme

The wt999 VIP loyalty programme awards tier status based on play activity. Tier thresholds, cashback percentages and other tier-specific benefits are set out in the VIP programme terms as published on the Platform. Tier status and associated benefits are not guaranteed indefinitely and may be reviewed at the Operator's discretion.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the wt999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type as published within the Platform. The following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the Operator's sole discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason;
• In the case of an obvious error in the display of odds or game parameters, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account;
• Sports betting results are determined by the official results declared by the relevant sporting body. Where no official result is declared, the Operator's ruling is final;
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are indicative of long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;
• Bets may not be cancelled or amended by the User after confirmation, except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or similar feature for a specific bet;

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wt999 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including collusion, chip dumping, arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for individual human users;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases or other users' accounts;
• Using a third party's payment method without their explicit consent;
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any other person or entity.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a consecutive period as specified in the Operator's dormancy policy may be flagged as inactive;
• At the User's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure);
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance. Where closure is due to User request or operator business decisions unrelated to misconduct, remaining balances will be returned to the User via a verified payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content;
• Technical failures, downtime, data loss or system errors beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations;
• Losses resulting from illegal or unauthorised use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty, express or implied, is given regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the wt999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software and data compilations, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Use the wt999 brand name, logo or trademarks without express written authorisation.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the wt999 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

14 Responsible Gambling

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.

16 Changes to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users, which may include a notification displayed on the Platform or communication to the registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
